I love Memorial Day weekend. Probably because it’s the first official holiday after New Year’s and I’m ready for a break! A BBQ is always fun, or picnic with the family. Hopefully the weather will cooperate this year. š

my favorite Memorial Day activity would typically be enjoying the sunshine with my family… however, it does not look like that’ll happen this year, so Grace and I have a trip to the library planned, perhaps an impromptu game night tonight with family, and quiet times with DH out of town.

I love to have a good get together with friends and family and have a great cookout! I love the food and company. I am going to one tonight and with me being 7 months pregnant I know I will be eating my share of the food!

My favorite Memorial Day activity is being able to spend some extra time with my hubby. Since he works nights, we don’t get to spend a lot of time together which makes extra time far more precious.

We like to pack a small pick-nic and go eat it at a national park where we can hike on trails afterwards. it’s fun and gets the energy out of the little boys!

I shared this on FB. For Memorial day we always have a family Barbeque with my in laws and then take a walk afterwards before dessert. It is a nice relaxing time together and remebering those in our familys who served our country.

Very cute bag! We spent our holiday having fun in the sunshine this year ~ splashing in a pool at my parent’s house and playing croquet in the yard. Usually, we’re sitting on the porch watching it rain.
